Your Responsibilities
As a Moons Host customer, you are responsible for the following:
- Account Security: Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
- Legal Compliance: Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Content Guidelines: Do not upload any content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Network Integrity: Refrain from any actions that may harm our servers or network.
- Accurate Information: Ensure that your account details and payment information are correct and up-to-date.
Billing & Payments

- Payment Methods: We accept Paypal, Stripe, Credit and Debit Card, Bank Transfers, Perfect Money, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Nayapay, Sadapay Biz, cryptocurrencies, and other options depending on your location.
- Billing Cycles: Depending on your plan, billing occurs monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, biennially, or triennially.
- Renewals: Plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You’ll receive a notification in advance.
- Late Payments: Payments that are late by 1 day may result in account suspension, and after 14 days, your account may be terminated.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes related to your services.
Refund Policy
We offer a 1-day refund policy for most hosting and development services. After 1 day, the refund will include a 15% deduction, and services become non-refundable after 15 days. Refunds do not apply to domain registrations or dedicated servers.
- Day 1: Just Setup charges will be deducted (excluding domains and dedicated servers).
- After 1 Day (Up to 7 Days): Refund available with a 15% deduction with setup fees and the days on which you have used the service.
- After 7 Days (Up to 15 Days): Refund available with a 30% deduction with setup fees and the days on which you have used the service.
- After 15 Days: The service becomes non-refundable.
Additional terms:
- Only one refund per customer.
- Refunds exclude services such as domain registration, dedicated IPs, and RDP services.
- Refund requests are processed within 7-14 business days.
- Violating the Terms of Service voids your refund eligibility.

Suspension & Termination
Moons Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for the following reasons:
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Use of services for illegal or harmful activities.
- Misuse of our servers or network.
Backups
- Shared Web Hosting: We offer weekly backups; however, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own data backups.
- Private RDP: Due to security measures, backups are not available for Private RDP services. Please ensure you back up your files locally or to cloud storage.
Intellectual Property
Respect for intellectual property is crucial. Ensure you have the legal rights to upload and distribute any material hosted on our servers.
Limitation of Liability
Moons Host will not be held responsible for any damages that arise from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of potential risks.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Moons Host, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims or demands resulting from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, access to your account and any data hosted on our servers will cease.
