Refund Policy
At Moons Host, Our mission is to provide outstanding service. However, if you need to cancel your service, please review our refund policy which is given below:
Services Eligible for Refund
You can cancel any of the following services within 24 hours of placing the order:
- Hosting
- Shared Remote Desktop Servers (RDP)
- Windows VPS
- Private RDP
- GPU Servers
A 15% setup fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this policy does not apply to non-refundable on the domain purchases. Similarly, we cannot offer refunds for Dedicated Servers once payment is made.
How to Request a Refund
To get a refund, please open a support ticket to our billing team, including a valid reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed promptly after a 15% deduction for setup fees, including the cost of IPs and any days that you have used the service.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Accidental orders
- Lack of knowledge about using services such as hosting, cPanel, RDP, GPU servers, etc.
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product (we can assist you with upgrades or plan changes via live chat).
- Lack of usage of the service
- I am not using the service.
- Dissatisfaction with download/upload speeds, as these are subject to external factors such as source website or app limits.
